Overall facilities were decent and some staff were friendly, yet the pool and kids’ area were a let‑down: the adult and lap pools were open, but we had booked expecting the kids’ section shown in photos, and there was no closure date announced; also, no food or drinks were available after 10 p.m.

The property was nice and clean but felt overpriced for what was offered; the adult pool was closed, which was a huge let‑down, and the check‑in time of 4:00 p.m. and check‑out at noon left little time between stays for the price paid.

It was beautiful, but the room’s fan and AC didn’t work, making me feel suffocated overnight; I ordered room service from the Italian restaurant, spent over $119 on a kids’ meal and an adult meal, and both were inedible.
