The hotel sits right in the centre, the staff are friendly, and the lobby TV happened to show Swiss channels (SRF). Breakfast was outsourced but very tasty. The family room didn’t have two double beds; instead the “double bed” was just two mattresses on the floor without a slatted base. Overall it was fine, though several surprises weren’t mentioned beforehand.

The location was perfect for day trips around Toggenburg, and the breakfast at Café Hörnli was excellent. The only downsides were the church bell ringing during the night and the car noise.

The spot was great. Everything was clean, the staff friendly, the food good, and the breakfast surpassed everything else. We were very satisfied.

The breakfast was fine, the room was super quiet and clean, and the dinner at the restaurant was excellent - all in all, a great weekend.
