I found the location fine, but the lobby was often empty of staff and my room was dirty. The bathroom lights never worked, and the shower curtain kept falling toward the rod, splashing water on the floor.

The staff were amazing and treated my daughter like family 🩷, and I have no complaints.

The area around the other stores is good, but the first room I received was unclean; they quickly swapped it for a clean one.

Dogs must stay on leashes at all times, and the rule that you can’t go outside without a shirt is absurd.

The location is convenient, but after paying for a room three weeks in advance I found it empty when I checked in; they said they had extended another guest’s stay.
