The hotel is just off the main roads - convenient location
The breakfast was really great, lots of variety and all the food tasted good
The front desk lady was incredible, she made us feel right at home
I did find some hair on the bathroom floor and a dusty old crisps packet under the bed

The room was very nice and breakfast tasted good, though the breakfast staff were inattentive; around 8:45 the milk jug next to the coffee machine was empty or nearly empty and no one was around to refill it. The hotel’s location is wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly yet felt impersonal and unprofessional, and the pool’s ladder is very uncomfortable to use. Drinks and food are unusually pricey, and ordering room service is poorly organized—hard to do even for a small party, since you can’t simply get a consumption slip to sign. The final bill then lists everything very clearly.
