All hotel staff treated us very well from reception to waiters. The food is very good, location is best, the views and the Sakura restaurant 10/10. They gave us a free upgrade to a sea‑facing jacuzzi suite! They should put umbrellas in the sunbed area.

The gourmet food at their various restaurants is among the best. The shows and staff attention are unmatched. There are too few elevators and the lobby bathrooms need constant attention because they are very busy.

I loved the wide range of food options and the different pools available, but the hotel has several categories and I kept seeing very basic people everywhere in the facilities.
