The house was impeccably maintained and clean, with a well‑kept garden; the hosts were extremely friendly and helped us find a doctor at night when we had a health issue; breakfast was hearty and tasty, and there was nothing to complain about.

The host was very helpful, even arranging an early check‑in; the parking on the property is spacious, the room is clean, and the bathroom is clean.

The place is super comfortable and everyone is very friendly; the only downside is that the air conditioning must be paid for separately.

The value for money is excellent, the setting is quiet and peaceful, the room is clean and spacious, and you can opt for AC at an extra cost—otherwise there’s a fan and mosquito nets; the owners are discreet and kind.

The host was very friendly! We drove straight from Negombo to here by tuk‑tuk; the room is large, our double room even had two beds; the showers are clean and modern with a continuous hot water heater; the air conditioning was a lifesaver at 36 °C; the area is very quiet, we were satisfied overall, and we could easily talk on site and stay an extra night to explore the city.
