The spa massages were incredible! I’ve tried them in many countries but never been massaged so well. The hotel’s location is great, with a beach and pool right next to the building. There’s a wide selection of meals and an extensive drink menu, all included in the all‑inclusive package. The room’s air conditioning works well. The minibar in the room wasn’t restocked daily, and it was quite expensive during peak season.

The beach was nice but lacked maintenance, the pool was better than the hotel, the minibar was good, the pool bar was great, and the room was clean. The female chef on the beach bar shift was very rude, acting like the customer was not a customer and giving us free service, so we didn’t use that part of the hotel. The food was both tasteless and limited, and there was no vegetarian menu. Because there was no room‑card app, we couldn’t charge anything for charging in the room. The requirement to be in the room to charge was very inconvenient.

The hotel sits on a very busy walkway along the beach. Everything else was terrible! We arrived very late at night and were greeted by a staff member who spoke very little English, which was fine, but they couldn’t answer a few questions. We asked if any food was available after a long day of flight delays and hunger. The staff member led us to an incredibly small, very hot room and told us to find the restaurant that served “limited snacks.” We went down to the restaurant and found four pots of food that had obviously been left out from the day’s service: one meat dish, one vegetable dish, etc. We chose the vegetable soup, thinking it was the safest with stale bread. We assumed our lackluster feelings toward the food were due to fatigue, not wanting to vent our grumpiness. We decided it would be better in the morning and went to sleep. The room was comfortable and looked newly renovated, though it was extremely small—half the size of any room we’d stayed in before in Turkey. The next morning we went for breakfast. The restaurant was dated and the food options seemed limited. The food didn’t look appetizing at all! We had an omelette, which seemed the safest option being cooked fresh. The staff member, when asked for an omelette, looked disgruntled and disappeared for 5 minutes to get more supplies as they’d run out of egg mixture. The omelette options were limited and looked wilted in the heat, but it was acceptable. I finished my meal with some fruit, a peach. Luckily I cut it open instead of biting straight into it, and when I opened it I found it was mouldy from the inside out! That was the last straw for our 8‑hour experience at the hotel so far.

“More than a five star ....5+”

Two bars sit right on the gorgeous beach, and the spot is perfect for a beach holiday; the spa staff, including a skilled osteopath, were truly professional and helped me feel rejuvenated, while the guest‑relations team was wonderful. A nice perk compared with other nearby hotels is that if you check out at 12:00 and your flight isn’t until later in the afternoon or evening, you can still use the pool and the hotel will give you a locker room so you can shower at your leisure. Security for personal belongings felt solid, with staff keeping an eye on items even on the beach. Everyone—from bar staff to restaurant servers to reception—acted with a high level of competence and courtesy. The all‑inclusive menu changed daily, and the restaurant opened for lunch and dinner with chefs greeting guests personally at the entrance. A wide variety of meats, fresh salads, desserts, smoked salmon and prawns were always available. Between 10:00 and 17:00 you could also snack at the two beach bars, where they served fresh fruit, sweets, pizza and other local specialties. I’ve never encountered a hotel so meticulous and respectful of its guests. Special thanks go to Ayşe, Gülden, Metin and Semanur from the Spa, to Meral in Guest Relations, and to Ramazan and his bar team. The only downsides were the lack of fresh orange juice in the morning and a coffee machine that could use improvement.
