I appreciated the cleanliness, coziness, comfort, and the staff’s attitude. The hearty breakfast was tasty, and the shampoos and gels had a pleasant scent. A work desk was available. I didn’t like that there was no fridge or wardrobe, and the kitchen staff was cold in their manner.

The breakfast cost 15 euros per person, not too expensive, and I really liked the fresh, soft sheets—probably percale, a dream. The location is strategic. I was disappointed that there was no fridge in the room, especially in hot Barcelona, even though I paid 160 euros.

The location was amazing—close to transit, restaurants, and attractions, right in the centre of everything. The service was excellent. The room was smaller than I expected, but we chose a smaller room to save money. All the positives and exceptional service more than compensated for the size.

The staff were really nice, and breakfast offered a bit of variety. The room was very tiny. I was also disappointed that the room was smaller than I had expected.

The location was great, the receptionists were very attentive and friendly. The room faced Gran Vía, which has a lot of traffic, yet we hardly heard any outside noise.
