“Troligen finaste hotellet i området”

Modern and nice, friendly staff, close to the beach, superb breakfast juice, a nice terrace, and a good location near all the restaurants in Port Alcudia. The rooms were very small with no storage space for luggage and nothing to hang swimsuits and beach towels for drying. The bed linens seemed not to have been changed during the whole week, which felt very unclean considering all the sand that was brought in. The “gym” was non‑existent.

The reception, the friendliness and kindness of the staff, the spa, and the upgrade to a rooftop suite were incredible with a view of the sea!

We received a room upgrade even though it was only our second time there; the glass Cava at check‑in was also very nice. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The glass wall in the shower is too short, so the water always runs into the bathroom.

The spa was included in our stay and was very enjoyable. The facilities were good and well maintained, especially the bed’s comfort. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast was adequate for its category. We liked everything, but two improvements are worth noting: the breakfast buffet rarely offers eggs, and when they do they’re a bit overcooked (though they’re tasty). Also, the gym has good Technogym equipment, but I missed heavier dumbbells (they only go up to 14 kg). The multi‑station is still enough for a quick workout.
