“Dirty bed, spiders, bugs”

Extremely unhygienic and dirty. I think my room had bed bugs, or at least the bed was very disgusting (see pictures). The toilet brush was covered in old toilet paper. I immediately contacted the host about the situation, I event sent the pictures so they knew exactly what was going on, but nobody even bothered to show up and inspect, they didn’t offer a new room or any alternative/help of any kind. I didn’t spend the night and booked a new hotel, unfortunately I didn’t get a single euro back from them. Even booking com assisted in the refund process and granted me 50% back from their own pockets, the host was not understanding at all. As they do not see any problem with the state the room was in, I would not assume that they have changed anything about it

“Correcto para no repetir”

A very authentic neighborhood, not too crowded with tourists. Too much nighttime noise, bars right below. We had to walk to pick up the apartment key at a bar 8 minutes away, lugging our luggage. The bed was terribly uncomfortable (see photo of the mattress) and the pillow was worse.

“Worst price-performance ratio ever”

Location. The blanket had 2 band‑aids stuck to it and wasn’t washed from the last use. It was extremely disgusting. The bathroom light was broken. There were a ton of mosquitoes so we couldn’t sleep. There was no soundproofing; we could hear every person entering and leaving, which also disrupted sleep.
