I was initially misled by the hotel's website, which stated that my total amount would be Rs 21777, but when I checked in, the bill came out to be Rs 24020. Furthermore, I was told that breakfast was not included, despite the website stating otherwise. This lack of transparency and clear communication left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
