The hotel was cozy and comfortable, with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast that offered plenty of options. A kettle and fridge in the room were very welcome, and the free bus service and location opposite the railway station were great conveniences. Everything was excellent.

O hotel fica exatamente em frente a estação Interlaken West, o que facilitou demais pois chegamos de trem. Praticamente não andamos com malas. É próximo dos restaurante e locais mais frequentados. E praticamente vizinho tem um Coop estilo conveniência e bem próximo tem outro maior. O café é satisfatório. Não utilizamos, mas o hotel diponibilia um forninho para quem quiser esquentar refeições em uma área coletiva

The location is excellent for connectivity and the breakfast room offers incredible views. The breakfast itself is great and varied and features the first automatic butter dispenser I’ve seen, which is a cool touch. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom, though not huge, had good water pressure and hot water. Like most things in Switzerland and especially Interlaken, it’s expensive. If you have bulky adapter plugs, note that the plugs are right next to the lights, so you can’t keep the plug in without turning the light off.
