The room was tiny and dark, communication with the reception guy was hard, it felt a bit overpriced for what it offered, and overall the experience was underwhelming.

The nearby old sandwich shop and close beach were nice, but the room was just too narrow.

The hotel is well‑situated and central, the staff were courteous, we took a bus the next day and the CTM station was right around the corner, which was very convenient; they even waited for us to check in at 23:00. The downside was that the room smelled noticeably damp and there were mosquitoes.
