I waited two hours after check‑in for the room to be ready and the service was awful.

“Good stay”

The location was convenient and the room had all the necessary facilities, plus free parking right in front of the property. The staff I met in person were friendly, professional, and empathetic. The only problems were (1) a creaking noise when opening the door at night, (2) a cigarette or vaping smell inside the building, and (3) the bathroom needed a bit of cleaning.

If you’re heading to Tottenham stadium for an event, this place is the best spot; it’s only a 3‑4 street walk away, about a 15‑minute stroll. The room comes with a fridge under the counter, a kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, and a microwave. The staff communication was flawless, 10/10. A grocery shop is just around the corner, and Tottenham Hale station is a 30‑minute walk away, with a Greggs and a gas station nearby, plus the usual station shops. The water in the shower wasn’t hot—more like warm than hot, which was a bit of a wake‑up call. There’s an upstairs shower with a bath and a downstairs shower, but the toilets are a bit of a hassle.
