There's a lake and a pretty wild area next to the hotel, and in the evening, when it was already dark, we saw an incredibly beautiful show of twinkling fireflies inside the branches of a huge tree. It was stunningly beautiful. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel. Dinner was mediocre - for $16 for two, you could have a much better meal. The hotel has large windows that reach almost to the floor, and there are chairs and armchairs near them. All evening, some guys who don't even live there sit in these chairs and armchairs, talking loudly and looking at things on their phones. The hotel advertises itself as having a "lake view" and the room is called a "lake view room." But how can you have a lake view if someone is sitting by your window and you can't open the curtains? Also, upon check-in, there was this: We couldn't enter the room because the air conditioner had leaked a lot of water outside the door. We waited outside for about half an hour before being allowed into the room. There was no remote control for the air conditioner, and the staff were very confused about this, even asking to be let into the room so they could make sure we weren't blind and that the remote control was indeed missing. There was also no Wi-Fi password anywhere in the room. Next, something very fun: has only one photo of the room's interior, and that photo shows a shelf with a kettle on it (there are no other photos of the room ). Guess what - we had to go and ask for a kettle, which wasn't in the room. And then, these strange men, who weren't hotel guests but were hanging around the area that evening, were walking around the veranda in their shoes, which a female hotel employee had just washed. And she asked us to take off our shoes to walk around the veranda. Updated: They'd been sitting outside the hotel since 6 a.m., talking nonstop on their phones. There was someone's used soap with hair in it in the shower, which I had to throw away. There's no holder for the shower head
