The owner was extremely friendly, the property was lovely and very quiet, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, he drove us wherever we asked and communication was effortless, and I could drop off my laundry, which came back spotless.

Beautiful spot with a lovely view of Lion Rock. Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. Sigiriya is easily reachable by tuk‑tuk. It can be a bit noisy, though.

The hostel staff were very kind and friendly. I stayed for two nights, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is a little far from the city center, yet it was very quiet at night and had a cozy vibe. I enjoyed the great forest view and the view of Sigiriya rock from the hostel. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely come back—thanks so much to Sandun and everyone 🩵

Sandun and his friends are super friendly and helped me whenever I needed it. They are always ready with suggestions and make the stay very pleasant. The electricity cut out for a short moment, but that’s just typical of the area.
