Great location, also great to have parking. Karen was lovely and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

The view was lovely and the place was close to town. The shower was very small, but I think Karen is working on extending the bathroom; once that’s done I’d give it a 10/10.

Breakfast was first‑class, on time, and everything ran smoothly – a great start to the day. The weather could have been better, though.

We enjoyed our three‑night stay; Karen made us feel very welcome. 10 Treverbyn Rd is a lovely traditional B&B with pristine modern interiors throughout. The Estuary view room was very comfortable and offered a wonderful view over to Rock and Porthilly. Parking at the back is a bonus. Breakfast was perfect for us – a delicious fruit salad, yoghurt, tea, and toast gave us a good start to the day.
