The check‑in turned into a nightmare: I arrived at 22:00 and the owner refused to let me in, claiming he had no record of my reservation, even though I could have paid double the listed price. He even knew from our messages that I was coming, yet at 22:30 he blocked my access to their Wi‑Fi and left me out on the street. It was a business trip with a budget of €90 for the night, but I ended up paying €170 for another hotel. Think twice before booking if the rate looks below market.

We were really disappointed with the cleanliness - or lack of it. The room had hair and old dirt everywhere, and there were insects in the bathroom, which wasn't pleasant. To make matters worse, the booking assistance didn't help us when we had to rebook elsewhere at our own expense.
