“Buena atención pero sería bueno que las habitaciones tuvieran caneca para la basura”
We liked it a lot, great service, the little one is the most noble and loving dog in the world. A bit far from the centre but very pretty.

The peace and quiet. Transport is scarce.

The hotel is pretty, just like the photos, away from the centre and the noise of tourist spots, you feel nature, some hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty. We had several stressful situations. We rented bikes (with a third party the hotel recommended) and they were terrible, but they refunded half the money. The night cook was awful, bad attitude and made us order delivery instead of cooking, and in the end we were charged more than it was, we felt scammed. The room had a leak that fell right onto the bed, and on the first night there was a storm and it was hard to sleep again. The jacuzzi didn’t work, they only fill it with water and a bit of chemical, no massage, and the bathtub didn’t work, it had no plug to use it. There is a dog and two cats that can be uncomfortable when eating at the hotel. The location is pleasant but far from everything, the dinner food is very bad, I ordered a butter pasta and literally it was bland spaghetti with a little butter.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the pool was nice. The only complaint is that the location feels a bit far from everything.

The facilities are pretty and clean, and the little dogs and cats are super cute. They force you to tip them, even though tipping is optional in Colombia; I ordered a yogurt with cereal and never asked for fruit, yet they charged 20 000 for a fruit portion. Their restaurant is ridiculously expensive.
