The staff were amazing—very friendly and attentive. The room had no fridge, something I’d never seen in any hotel I’ve stayed in for years; I didn’t even think to check for it when booking. The Wi‑Fi was terrible and didn’t work in the room. Water was only given once at check‑in and then not for six days; coffee and tea were only available on the first day. Breakfast was mediocre and the same bland items were served every day with no variation.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the market is about an 18‑minute walk away. The location is decent. This is definitely not a 4‑star hotel; the breakfast was a disaster. At around 09:05 almost nothing was left—empty trays from scrambled eggs, no cheese or other items. Only one person handled the breakfast service (cleaning tables, refilling food, etc.). No one asked for a room number, so anyone could just walk in for breakfast. It was definitely not worth the money—if we’d known what to expect, we wouldn’t have paid for breakfast. Overall, the hotel’s standard is low, no more than 2 stars.

First, I want to thank the staff—very kind and responsive. Breakfast was pretty good, with no complaints. The hotel is literally a 10‑minute walk from the Messe, and the area is calm and quiet. During the exhibition, the price was ridiculously high. The bathrooms are clean but a bit functional. The bathtub’s handle is positioned in a spot that’s convenient for getting out of the tub but not for getting in. Most people probably just use the shower and don’t bother filling the tub. Also, there’s no floor drain, and the partition screen doesn’t stop water well, so the floor gets wet. I ended up having to drink the water with a cloth.

The air‑conditioning didn’t work properly, and after the first night they handed us a fan that didn’t really help. A/C problems.
