Everything about our stay was exceptional. The building itself is stunning—a beautiful blend of brick, travertine stone, carved wood, wrought iron, mosaic tiles and ornate paintings. Our room featured heated floors, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and an incredibly comfortable mattress. We loved the rooftop terrace for its skyline and star views. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Uzbekistan, very healthy and natural. The staff were very friendly and the concierge spoke perfect English, often giving us recommendations and advice. The location was within walking distance to everything, yet just a little off the busy street. We loved everything about the Istat Boutique hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough! Nothing negative. It’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at and offers incredible value for the price.

The hotel is styled in a beautiful Eastern theme with unique lamps and a cozy vibe. The staff are very helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfast is tasty and varied, offering fresh homemade pastries, pancakes, and a wide selection of fruit. The room is clean, pleasant, and also decorated in an Eastern style. The downside is the cold tiled floor in the bathroom. The hotel sits on a small alley, but that doesn’t cause much trouble; it’s just a 4–5 minute walk to the center.

Everything was great. The room is large, clean, and the breakfasts are very tasty. The staff are attentive and pleasant. This is an excellent hotel, and we’ll definitely come back.

Nice little pension, though a bit hard to find. You have to leave your car before school and walk a bit.
