“Quarto limpo e cuidado”
The room was clean and well taken care of, and the breakfast was excellent and well prepared. We also want to highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of the lady in charge of breakfast, who was very helpful and attentive to us, giving us several tips and suggestions about places to visit. On the downside, we had an unpleasant experience upon arrival. When we arrived, a lady initially assigned us a ground‑floor room that was smaller and had a window. However, the room we had chosen and booked was an upper‑floor room with a double bed, a single bed, and a balcony, as shown in the reservation photos. We had to explain and insist that we be given a room matching our reservation. We were first told that the upper‑floor rooms were occupied by guests staying four nights, information that we later realized was not accurate, and after insisting we were finally placed in an upper‑floor accommodation with a balcony.
