The place sits in a great spot and the facilities are superb. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the performers’ tights at the circus show—they were worn out and full of holes, so that’s something that could be improved.

The hotel is outstanding, with excellent staff and top‑quality food. The location, pool, and beach are all perfect, and the value for money is impressive. Evening entertainment is very enjoyable, the water‑sports team is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. They even film everything with an HD drone, so you can get great videos of jet skiing and the like. If you’re hoping for an Ikos‑ or Rixos‑style property, this isn’t it; there’s no pizzazz, no Instagrammable spots, and the exterior building looks tired. We stayed in a two‑bedroom room that felt cramped.

It was simply magical. The staff were super friendly, especially towards my husband; the women felt a bit ignored, which I found odd. Overall, the resort was dreamy, and the sea‑side service was the highlight—just order through the app and your drink was served. Since it’s all‑inclusive, you don’t need to spend extra. The rooms were spotless, the refrigerator always refilled. The only negative point was the extremely cold air‑conditioning in the dining room that blew directly on the guests.

Every day the breakfast, lunch and dinner spread offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients with frequent tweaks, and despite the high price the upscale hotel felt worth it; ice cream, chocolate, pastries, coffee, tea and drinks were available all‑day in unlimited amounts, delighting kids and adults alike, yet the only entertainment was the pool and evening shows, which isn’t ideal for early‑rising guests.
