Such a poor quality of the hotel does not meet the quality and is not value for money, and the environment of the hotel is disappointing; the room does not meet expectations and it’s not value for money.

When I asked for the room, they told me it would cost 2000, but when I actually got the room, they demanded extra money for everything, saying each item would cost separately, even water and tower, and they wanted to show me a plan.

The rooms were filthy: the room was not clean and the bedsheets were stained, and the photos on their website are incredibly misleading because the property is dilapidated, run‑down, and in desperate need of basic maintenance.
