From start to finish, the stay was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning room that offered a partial sea view. The hotel is huge, impeccably maintained, and features a great selection of themed pools—relaxation, water games, a kids’ area, and more. The room itself was modern, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi was strong throughout the property. The beach right at the hotel’s base is perfect for snorkeling and watching marine life. A huge thank you to the entire staff for their exemplary kindness and helpfulness throughout our visit—we’ll definitely return! The only downside was the dining: more variety would be nice for longer stays, and some dishes were a bit too salty for my taste. French communication was limited, making francophone guests feel a little overlooked, and the evening entertainment was very Western; I’d have liked more authentic Egyptian shows.

I appreciated how dedicated the staff were and their efforts to keep guests happy. The hotel offers a range of entertaining activities that are generally well organized and give guests good options. What I didn’t like were the repetitive food choices, and the property clearly needs some renovation and upkeep. The maintenance team had to be called to fix water leaking from an AC unit and to deal with unpleasant sewage odors—these problems should be resolved to improve guest comfort and overall quality.

I had a great room overlooking/next to the beach. Well maintained gardens and good housekeeping, clean room, friendly cleaner. Some of the main building, stairs are a bit shabby. Sometimes there weren’t enough tea cups or glasses at mealtimes, cheap paper ones were put out instead ☹️ Staff in dining room and reception could of been a bit friendlier and smile I lay on the beach for 3 days and only once did I see a waiter who asked if I wanted a drink Reception forgot to call security with Taxi info causing an inconvenience as Taxi had to wait and had to ask them again to make the call

As a repeat guest, I was glad to return. The hotel upgraded me to a Pool & Sea View room—a generous gesture. Reception was friendly and helpful, the animation team was fantastic, and I especially thank Younis for his energy and kindness. The buffet food was good, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay. Guests should be told about the dinner dress code before arrival via email or booking. The buffet could offer more variety, and neither the Italian nor the seafood à la carte restaurants met my expectations. Service quality needs more staff training, especially compared to Cleopatra Sharm. Dinner ended early at 9:30 PM, and all pools closed at 6:30 PM even though sunset was much later. There were also not enough sun loungers around the pools, and by about 11:00 AM it was often impossible to find an available one.
