The large bath and sauna were clean, but the elevator wait was long and the set breakfast price was too high, so I couldn’t use it.

The staff were helpful and security was tight; the lobby and room were tidy. However, the price was on the higher side and the facilities felt a bit dated—though I understood that.

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Monterey Kobe. The location was amazing and convenient. The room was comfortable and maintained very well. Everything was clean and orderly. We travelled as a family and enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing hopefully we can come again
