A lovely front desk staff member went all out to make my experience comfortable. The hotel needs to upgrade its vehicle fleet so guests feel more at ease.

The place was tidy and the location was great, but the beds were rock hard and the room had an odd smell. Otherwise it stayed clean.

The hotel is awesome, close to the city center and super convenient for getting around. I booked a room with a bathtub overlooking the city, which was very chill. The front‑desk staff member named Khanh was very enthusiastic and showed me places to go out. If I ever return to Đà Lạt, I’ll book this place again.
