Everything was perfect: very clean, daily housekeeping, comfortable mattress, spacious bathroom with plenty of storage, large free parking right outside, a short walk to the center, and a very friendly host. He gave great restaurant tips and prepared a lavish breakfast each morning that you could customize. Highly recommended for this well‑run B&B! Nothing was lacking; it was all top.

From the first WhatsApp contact with owner Stefano, everything was flawless. He described the route and waited at the parking spot at the agreed time. He immediately used a translator when we struggled with Italian, and explained how to get to the beach, the city center, etc. The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations: all new, modern, beautifully coordinated, with a stunning bathroom featuring a large shower with a massage function. The room included a large balcony, perfect for evening chats and especially for breakfast. Stefano’s breakfast was unlike anything we’d had elsewhere in Italy. Each day we filled out a list and chose from options (coffee, juice, pastries, yogurt, eggs, bacon, salami, cheese…). Even if we picked just a few, Stefano brought much more to the table, adding fruit and vegetables. His friendly attitude throughout the stay—always smiling, always ready to help—made it unforgettable. If I could give a number higher than 10, I would! I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and if we ever return to Tropea, we’ll definitely go back to Stefano. No reason to look elsewhere when this is perfect! Thank you, Stefano!

Stefano was incredible, and the breakfasts were extraordinary! The apartment itself was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property’s location is just a stroll from the city center. I don’t say this often, but the service and the place together deserve the highest praise. Keep it up, Stefano 👍

I stayed in a room that felt like a luxury hotel: it was very clean, spacious, with a large bathroom and balcony. The breakfast was delivered right to my room, and Stefano, the host, was very attentive and helpful. There’s a parking spot nearby.
