The place is really nice. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and showed us where everything was. The room was tidy, clean, and had air conditioning. Breakfast was buffet style but included everything: coffee, tea, cold cuts, and sweets. The location is a bit far from the city center or the beach, but right next to a bus stop that takes you directly to the city beach or the town in one bus.

The location is great for those with a car, just a stone’s throw from the hospital and very quiet, away from the city bustle. The rooms are a bit small; mine had a bathroom that was larger than the room itself. The tablecloths were a little yellowed, and the toilet in each room was uncomfortable, but there was a disabled toilet in every room. The shared kitchen doesn’t have stoves, so you can’t cook there; you have to take turns for breakfast because it’s too small.

The room was cozy and clean with everything you need. Riccardo is a wonderful person, very hospitable and friendly. I would suggest changing the sheets and towels more often.

The facility is in a very easy-to-reach area, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, and offers free parking. The large room with terrace was spotless and had all the comforts available (even shoe‑cleaning supplies, a small sewing kit and a female makeup remover). The host was outstanding, also providing a shared kitchen daily with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle for sweet, salty and various intolerance breakfasts. His constant presence and availability for guests was worth mentioning; he even drove us back to the property with his personal car so we could return our rental car at the airport. Thank you Riccardo for letting us enjoy a worry‑free holiday!

The location is perfect for going to Brotzu Hospital, the owner is extremely welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and had everything needed for the stay, and there was a wide selection of breakfast products of all kinds (gluten free, sweet, salty…). Highly recommended!
