The staff totally forgot about our reservation, so we had to wait half an hour for a room to be cleared and cleaned. The place was a mess, the bathroom was dripping, and the whole experience was frustrating.

The welcome was super friendly, and the room and common areas were well-equipped. Everything looked impressive, though I didn't find any major drawbacks.

The location is fantastic, but the basement apartment felt a bit claustrophobic, especially without a working AC— it got pretty warm. Opening the window let in a lot of noise, which was annoying.
