The location was fantastic, the view was stunning and the restaurant’s food and service were excellent, but the shower and washbasin had an odd design that made them difficult to use.

The place is clean, modern, and comfortable; everything is very well organized. When you want a proper hotel experience, it’s great, but the lodge feels like a typical bedroom. All the attractions are in the hotel, not the lodge, and it’s nice that there’s a charger in the underground garage.

The hotel is beautifully designed, very dog‑friendly (even offers a basement room with a dog shower), quiet, and well situated; breakfast is fantastic and the staff are kind and always ready to help. It’s an extension of the nearby Resort Hof Weissbad, where check‑in and breakfast are handled, and the parking spot is right in front of the resort.

Being close to the trail starts (Wasserauen and Brülisau) and the calm atmosphere of the spot are the highlights.
