The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from Little Venice and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, offering fantastic restaurant recommendations and even assisting us with bookings. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a wonderful variety of delicious options. A delightful stay overall!

The hotel was flawless in every respect; everything was spotless, the staff were professional, welcoming, and polite, and the location was superbly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would strongly recommend this place to anyone heading to Colmar. Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent.

The spot is amazing, right in the heart of Colmar near Little Venice, a historic and picturesque town worth a visit. I get that it’s an old building, but the room was cramped with very little space, the breakfast area was tight and people bumped into each other because it was busy, the staff weren’t very helpful and sometimes quite rude, and the welcome note was in German even though we were English—clearly a lack of care.
