The surrounding area was quiet, and there were many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself was new and very clean. The access to the station was good, about a 15‑minute walk to Minami‑Senju Station. The only downside was that in room 302 the bathroom had no outlet and the one next to the bed made it hard to use a hair dryer. I also wished there were another mirror in the room.

The hotel is close to the bus stop, which was the only good thing about it. No one was seen at the front desk during our stay, and only one employee worked behind the counter. The room booked for four people turned out to be a double room with two single beds side by side. There were no chairs, just a tiny nightstand in the corner. Moving around the room was difficult because the space was too tight. We ended up eating right on our beds.

It was very quiet. The problem was that there were almost no outlets, no normal TV channels, and no spoons; if you just want to sleep it might be fine.

I stayed there three times this year and I really like the location, the nearby transport, the quietness, and the proximity to tourist spots like Senso‑ji Temple and the Skytree. The management is always attentive. It has been my first choice and will be again in January. Everything has always been in order and met my expectations.
