“Hotel Property is good, need to maintain proper cleaning of the same.”
The hotel sits in a prime spot near the market and close to several temples. The rooms are roomy and newly kept, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance leave a lot to be desired; the washroom was dirty and seemed poorly cleaned. I had booked a MAP plan, yet the complimentary dinner was only dal, rice, roti, and one sabji, mirroring what was offered at breakfast. Even breakfast felt underwhelming. It seemed that paying extra gives you full menu access, but the MAP plan’s inclusions were not honored. Housekeeping, food quality, and ensuring promised services under the booking plan need serious improvement.
