The dining room offered a rich menu and the staff were indulgent and personally attentive. Room maintenance was excellent and we loved the warm shower. The lower pool was quiet and pleasant, and the gym had a billiard table that was easy to play on. However, there was no response to an important message after the stay, and the dining room got crowded.

The hotel sits right in the center of Ao Nang, it’s clean, but you can tell it’s not brand‑new. The pool is smaller than the photos suggest, the breakfast restaurant is quite cramped and you have to wait for a table, and the balcony chairs are uncomfortable.

The room on the cliff was beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, rain, and a view of the sea.

Good. Good

The breakfast staff were the best, patient with rude customers who didn’t line up and barged through. A cheerful guy drove a little blue car to reception, and all the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. I’ve stayed there twice now and it’s on my favorite list. The way other tourists treated the staff was hard to watch, but the Thai staff handled it with elegance.
