The location supports my activity in Kupang. The service was made up, as the deposit bond for the room key was not returned for an unnecessary reason.

Helpful and friendly staff. The bathroom smelled of a strong cleaning agent that resembled diesel. We had to park our car at the adjacent hotel, which was a bit troublesome if you have a lot of luggage.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while my overall experience was great, there was one issue that I felt needed improvement - the water heater wasn't functioning properly. Despite this, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay. I just wish they would look into fixing the water heater to make the stay even more comfortable.

I booked a spacious room for my family, and it was perfect for our needs. The room was very good for us to stay in, but unfortunately, the window frame was broken, and the windows couldn't be shut, allowing mosquitoes to easily fly in. To make matters worse, the view from our room was far from what we had expected. Despite these issues, the room itself was spacious and comfortable.
