AMS Hotel Koja

An infamy, I don’t understand why they let this place exist on their page. The room stank, the TV was broken, the AC wasn’t cold, it felt more like a repair shop for criminals. I stayed 5 minutes, lost my money, they never refunded me, and let me leave without returning the deposit they had asked for. This is the first time I’ve had to deal with false information; it had 2 stars and was marked AGREABLE, pure SCAM. After insisting, they decided to return my deposit, but it involved giving them my bank account number, and I have a feeling they might hack my account. In short, avoid this place like the devil.

“It could be ok, but the receptionist was not.”

Next to the harbor. The check‑in shouldn’t take half an hour, especially at 4 AM. The receptionist shouldn’t knock on the door at 8 AM, especially when customers arrived at 4 AM. And the receptionist IS NOT ALLOWED to open the door of our room before check‑out, at any time!
