The breakfast menu was okay but could use more variety; the staff were friendly and courteous. We found small cockroaches, so pest control could be improved.
I have stayed here before and find the location tops. Staff, restaurant,food are excellent and plan to return soon
The bathroom tiles feel extremely slick; please replace them.
The location was good, right in the middle of Church Street, and there wasn’t much noise inside even though the street is busy. The price matched the location, and the sheets were clean. However, there were plenty of cockroaches in the room that lived inside the walls and appeared as soon as the lights were off. We asked the reception about changing rooms, but they said they would just clean the current one, which wouldn’t help since the insects were in the walls. The room also smelled damp, indicating a moisture problem. We weren’t comfortable, so we checked out after one night and switched to another hotel.
