The building is stunning, run by a delightful couple. The lady, a former performer, talks a bit about musical instruments and traditional dance steps during breakfast, then keeps a show going while you sip coffee. It’s just a stone’s throw from the bus stop and UNESCO sites, even on foot. I wish I had more nights available.

The stay and host were outstanding, probably one of my favorite moments in South Korea. I stayed in a Hanok and experienced cultural music and dance with a beautiful, talented host. Don’t forget the adorable dog that always gave us a warm welcome. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Gyeongju.

Everything was perfect! The place is gorgeous, especially the garden. My room was cozy and had that authentic feel. The mattress was thin, but for two nights it was okay to sleep. The property was spotless, and breakfast was excellent. There’s also a cute little dog that loves to cuddle.
