El Encanto All Inclusive Resort

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which promised an all-inclusive experience but ended up nickel-and-diming me at every turn. The beach was a significant distance away, and the shuttle service only ran every two hours, making it inconvenient for me to get there. The staff's attitude was also quite unfriendly, which made my stay even more unpleasant. On the bright side, the hotel's prices weren't excessively high, but that's about where the positives ended.

“Would not return”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some lovely aspects and a few frustrating ones. The pool on the vista side was truly stunning, and the staff were kind and welcoming. However, I found it puzzling that the hotel didn't clearly communicate what was included in the all-inclusive package, leading to some unnecessary stress. Additionally, our room was located near a construction site, which was a surprise given that we weren't warned about it beforehand.

“Would like for management to reach out to me”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, which made it difficult for me to fully enjoy my time there. The hotel's cleanliness and aesthetic were certainly a plus, but the construction sites scattered around the property were a nuisance. Our pool was broken for part of our stay, and the maintenance staff would often enter our room at ungodly hours to try and fix it, which was quite uncomfortable.

“Exceptional resort with good food and friendly staff”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's transportation services, which were efficient and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable drivers. The areas we visited were beautiful and well-maintained, and the employees at the hotel were all wonderful. I was a bit apprehensive about the driving from place to place, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Overall, I had a fantastic time and am already looking forward to my next visit.

“Excelente ubicación y con el personal más amable”

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the excellent service from Juan Ramón at the pool and a helpful young woman who showed us around the complex.
