The room was nice, clean, and the playground for the kids was great, close to Ravensburger Spieleland. The only downside was that the buffet food wasn’t very good.

At first glance everything looked excellent, well‑located and well‑built. The room was large, clean, and completely fine. The spa was also very nice and spacious, and the child‑friendly facilities were well equipped. The pool was not heated, so it couldn’t be used. The two saunas in the spa only reached 80 instead of 95 degrees; it feels petty, but in a Finnish sauna that’s too low. Breakfast was shocking: the buffet was bare‑bones, everything looked bad, long lines at two coffee machines, extreme noise, tables weren’t cleared, and there was no sense of cleanliness. We ended up eating out. We’ve stayed in other family‑friendly hotels; you can combine cleanliness, ambience, and service with kids.
