Overall the hotel met our expectations. Check‑in was hassle‑free and parking was fine – we found a spot without trouble. The room was fine and adequate for our stay. However, there were a few small things that could be improved: the curtains on the windows couldn’t close fully, letting light in all the time; the bathroom lacked places to hang towels; there were a few more minor flaws in the room and bathroom. Communication was a bit difficult – we didn’t get responses to emails or phone calls and had to use the contact form. Also, the check‑in and check‑out information wasn’t clearly provided on site. All in all the stay was okay, but there’s still room for improvement in room details and communication.

“Nette Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ohne Frühstück”

Everything we needed was there, from hangers to a hairdryer, and the mini‑fridge in the room was a nice touch. The beverage cooler for thirsty hikers was especially appreciated. We would have loved a breakfast option, especially for a day of trekking, but that was missing. When booking, the host mentioned the possibility of having breakfast at the Rewe bakery, which we planned to use, yet the bakery doesn’t serve breakfast on Sundays. We ended up finding a spot at the gas station instead, and fortunately the note about the bakery was later removed.

“极差”

There was absolutely no soundproofing—noise was constant, with people chatting and shouting down the hallway, and the other guests were very rude. I couldn’t rest properly, the facilities were old, and the toilet in the bathroom was tiny and not a normal toilet. After booking, I wasn’t told where the key was; I had to call the host to retrieve it from the lockbox, and I also had to call the host to check out—luckily he lived next door.
