Nice, spacious, very clean rooms. Excellent location in Kampinos Park, away from noise and busy roads. We had an issue with coverage; the Wi‑Fi didn’t work. It’s great for disconnecting, but if someone needs to stay connected it’s not the place.

A barking dog made it hard to relax. The place could use a bit of refreshing.

The pond was lovely, the owners were very friendly, and the promised quietness let us unwind perfectly; we had a kitchen with a fridge and stove, plus a grill we could use outside.
