The location is very good, with everything needed for living and leisure nearby; the linens are fairly clean, beds comfortable, balcony views nice, breakfasts aren't gourmet but you won't leave hungry. The hotel is quite rundown, with little attention to basic fixes like old renovation and dirty carpet. The room shows heavy wear that no one wants to touch even in small details before a major repair. The bathroom always smells of sewage. There was no fridge in the room, but staff kindly solved the issue using their cafeteria fridge. Even on the 25th floor, sleeping with windows open is impossible because the street is very noisy. The price/quality ratio is disappointing, and the photos look noticeably better than reality.

We checked in immediately, everything was fast, high quality and beautiful; towels clean, bedding very good quality, perfect for relaxing, you won't regret booking! Everything was done quickly and well, staff polite, rooms clean and spacious.

From the balcony you can see the sea, and the staff were friendly. The balconies are rather small and clearly need renovation, and there aren’t enough tables for breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the laundry service was quick and inexpensive. The location gives you access to the beach promenade with the shortest walk, and the balcony view of both the mountains and the sea made the stay richer. The furnishings, especially in the hallway, look quite worn. Parking is practically unavailable, and the whole area suffers from extreme parking shortages; if you’re driving, you should choose another place. Breakfast was disappointing, with a limited selection and consistently low‑quality food. The bathroom design causes the sink and the area in front of it to get wet when you shower.
