The spot is spot on – easy to get to, and everything was squeaky clean for the age of the place. The food that was on offer was pretty good. On the flip side, the hotel really needs a facelift. The rooms had that stale smell like they hadn't been aired out in ages, the menu was a bit thin, and a few drinks were already flat.

Pretty neat and tidy inside and out, parking works fine. The food? Absolutely 5 stars. The pool and sauna were awesome – just wish they stayed open a bit longer. The storage area is solid, could maybe heat it up so your boots dry. Rooms are roomy, well laid out, with a billiard table, foosball, board games, and a TV that even has Hungarian channels. All that adds up to comfort. The only gripe: you don't get water with dinner, and there's no tap water either.

The whole holiday was absolutely fantastic! Stayed in a charming retro hotel with a sauna after a long day on the slopes, just about a kilometer away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was a highlight – pure perfection!

The owners are super friendly and the location is spot on. From the balcony you can see the Ötscher – gorgeous view. The buffet dinner was more than enough and the food was really great, even for vegetarians. Breakfast was solid too, no complaints. Value for money is spot on. The sauna was a bit on the small side, but still okay. Rooms are a bit dated but spotlessly clean, which matters. The balcony view was amazing and the beds were top-notch.

The kitchen was excellent, except for one meal where none of us felt good afterward. The spring mattresses seem to have a memory of something.
