The staff were amazing, especially the women working here; the rooms were super clean and lovely, even better than the boutique hotels I've stayed at, and the hotel offers brilliant value for money with staff going above and beyond to deliver 5* service, from the cleaners to reception, all exceptional 👏. The only downside was the stairs to the elevator.

The staff there are all respectful, especially the morning shift who greet everyone warmly. The only issue was the internet.
