The rooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan for every taste, plus they’re huge and comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless with hot and cold water, towels and soaps, a fridge to keep your food and drinks, everything you need for a perfect vacation in Santa Marta.
The hotel is nice and central. After staying four nights, I started seeing charges on different cards (one of the cards was my usual one and I thought the fraud was elsewhere, but the second one I didn’t even take out of my wallet, which didn’t leave the room) from a store in the American continent: Macy’s. A store I didn’t know until I saw the charges, because I think it doesn’t exist in Spain. Also at the time we stored 100,000 pesos in the room and when we came back they were gone; we thought it was an oversight. There are too many coincidences. Please do an internal review of the staff.

“Mooi hotel”
The building is pretty and originally designed. Our room was great, but it was a shame we didn’t know beforehand that it was right next to all the common areas… the pool was 4 m away, the reception 5 m away, and the patio right next to our windows so we couldn’t open the shutters. Everyone could see us. There was no privacy.
A beautiful place. The facilities are very well maintained and clean, the room is gorgeous and the staff are very attentive. The breakfasts are delicious. No negatives.
