Everything was fine except one issue: I paid Rs 2184.19 for the night, yet the bill I received was Rs 1878.46—why the discrepancy? Please send me a new bill for Rs 2184.19 or refund the difference so I can submit it to my company. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Nothing positive to note. They cancelled our reservation the night before we were supposed to arrive and moved us to another Fab Hotel near the Ludhiana Bus Stop, where the room smelled terrible and the bedsheets and pillowcases had marks; we couldn’t even stand in the room, so we left immediately. Cleanliness was nonexistent, and it turned out K9 Hotel had a walk‑in booking and reassigned our room to a different hotel.

This hotel's location is pretty convenient, being on the main road near the industrial area, and the staff are really supportive. The rooms are good and clean too.
