I didn't like it at all. The rooms were dirty, small, and every window was shaded or painted from outside, so there was no view. Curtains were broken, carpets were dirty, and the food was bad. I requested room cleaning at 8 am, but it wasn't done until 3 pm, and we were forced to sit outside until the beds were made. No towels or teabags were changed or provided. I have stayed in Katra many times, but this was the worst hotel to stay in. I don't understand why the views from the rooms were blocked and all glass windows painted from outside. BAD.

I stayed in the suite room, but there was no Wi‑Fi at all and the network was unreliable, giving a 5.0/10.
