The reception was outstanding, fixing everything—including the trip away from there. Cleaning was top‑class, staff super friendly, and when I went for a walk they sent extra water!

The staff were all very kind. No complaints.

The staff were friendly all the time and the rooms were quite spacious. The pool was under renovation and we weren’t told; when we arrived, we were shocked to find no water and that it was being repaired. No compensation was offered, only an apology.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was good. This is a very basic hotel, right across from a mall and lacking charm. The pool looked greenish‑brown with construction debris around it. Inside, it looked a bit nicer. In my room, when the porter showed me how to lock the door, the latch fell off! The TV was hung crooked and the windows were dirty (there wasn’t much of a view except the parking lot and dirty pool).
